I, hereby grant permission to the Lake Eola Run & Walk Club and its representatives, including but not limited to officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors (collectively referred to as "the Club"), to use, reproduce, and/or distribute my name, likeness, voice, photographs, video recordings, and/or any other media or content (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Media") in connection with promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity materials related to the activities and events of the Lake Eola Run & Walk Club.

I understand and agree that the Media may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to print publications, websites, social media platforms, electronic communications, advertisements, and promotional materials, without any compensation or royalties to me.

I acknowledge that the Club shall be the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the final versions of the Media before publication or distribution.

I represent and warrant that I have the legal right and authority to grant the permissions and rights set forth in this waiver, and that the use of the Media by the Club as described herein will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

I release and discharge the Club from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the use of the Media as permitted herein, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of rights of publicity.

I understand that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, and that it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this media release waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its contents.
