Lake Eola Run & Walk Club - Waiver

I, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities organized by the Lake Eola Run & Walk Club, which may include but are not limited to group runs, training sessions, races, and other related events (hereinafter referred to as "Activities").

In consideration of being permitted to participate in these Activities, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge the Lake Eola Run & Walk Club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (collectively referred to as "the Club") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, which may arise out of or are related to my participation in the Activities.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Activities carries with it certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of accidents, injuries, illnesses, or other harm, both known and unknown, which may result from my own actions, the actions of others, or the conditions in which the Activities take place.

I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in the Activities, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, and I voluntarily choose to participate in the Activities with full knowledge of the risks involved.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed necessary in the event of any injury, accident, or illness that occurs during my participation in the Activities, and I agree to assume all costs associated with such treatment.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Club from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise out of or are related to my participation in the Activities or any breach of this waiver.

I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in the Activities, and I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Club or its representatives.

I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida, and that if any provision of this waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
